Engagement terms are separate

These terms cover use of the website only. If you engage me for design, build, care plan, or SEO work, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work or proposal that you accept in writing). Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform paid services on particular terms.

Pricing on this site

All prices shown on the site are starting points (“from” prices) in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Final project pricing is confirmed in your written quote.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — including text, layout, code, logos, and images — is owned by Henderson Digital or its licensors, except where otherwise credited. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or adapt it for commercial use without my written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Scrape the site at scale, automate form submissions, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is already publicly visible to a browser.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party websites (for example, the booking widget hosted by Cal.com, or external case study links). I am not responsible for those sites and linking does not imply endorsement.
